Who We Are
Ritesh Soni
Founder & CEO
Ritesh began his career in the staffing industry a few years ago with one of the leading companies in the sector. Ritesh took an interest in every aspect of the business in less than two years because to his aptitude for learning quickly and drive for advancement. He then started leading a team. He had a direct hand in extending operations and developing the sector, particularly with the changeover of business processes. He soon had the idea to create TechBlazzer Consulting in 2023. Nothing, in his opinion, can make consumers, employees, and contractors happier than a team’s passion and initiative.
Sharath Gudavalli
Founder & Vice Precident
Sharath started his staffing industry journey several years back with one of the biggest players in the industry. With his ability to learn quickly and desire to advance, Sharath became involved in all aspects of the business and began leading a team in less than two years. He was directly involved with the sector growth and in expanding the operations, especially the transition of Business Processes. Soon he came up with a vision to establish TechBlazzer Consulting in 2023. He always believed there is nothing more powerful than team passion and initiative to make customers, employee’s and contractors happy.
